About the event

Wellness & Pray is a Christian-oriented, cross-denominational and cross-cultural movement for women — hosting a wellbeing day as a safe space to recharge, find calm, and experience real community. On 29 August 2026, around 50 women come together in an exclusive venue in Frankfurt with a pool and wellness area. The programme includes a shared breakfast, inspiring talks and moderated conversations, a panel talk, and mindful moments of relaxation by the pool.

Open to women of every life stage and background. What began as a sold-out first live event in 2025 in Dortmund has grown into a movement: with our own app (German, English, French) and an engaged community of more than 1,100 women on Instagram and TikTok. We stand for faith, honesty, self-care, and genuine togetherness.

Dina Kraus

I’m Dina Kraus, founder of Wellness & Pray. I’m a wife and a mom, I hold an MBA, and I carry a deep personal faith — and it’s from that place that I created Wellness & Pray: to give women something I saw was missing — a safe space where they can be honest about what they carry, find calm, and reconnect with themselves, with God, and with one another.

 

The origin of Wellness & Pray is deeply personal. It grew out of the moment a young sister in our faith community no longer wanted to live — when she felt so invisible and alone with her pain that she saw no way forward. That experience convinced me how urgently women need spaces where they can simply be — without pressure, judgement, or the need to perform. From that conviction, Wellness & Pray was born: a Christian-oriented, cross-denominational and cross-cultural movement for women.

 

What started as one sold-out live event in Dortmund in 2025 has grown into a movement with its own app and a community of over 1,100 women. I lead it with honesty, heart, and a clear vision — that every woman, whatever she’s facing, knows she is seen, valued, and never alone.
