I am a development-sector professional with 10+ years of experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, resource mobilization and social-impact initiatives. I currently serve as Head – Operations & Fundraising at Pasala Foundation, where I work on building strategic partnerships with corporates, institutions, donors and other stakeholders to support impactful social-development programmes.

Throughout my career, I have worked with organizations including The Akshaya Patra Foundation, Impact Guru Foundation and LEPRA Society, managing corporate relationships, fundraising campaigns, donor engagement and programme partnerships. I have successfully mobilized significant CSR contributions, developed long-term donor relationships and supported initiatives across education, nutrition, healthcare, women empowerment and community development.

At Pasala Foundation, my focus is on creating sustainable fundraising opportunities and expanding programmes in education, youth upskilling, women empowerment, farmer empowerment and elderly care.

I am particularly passionate about youth development and creating opportunities that help young people build skills, discover career pathways, develop leadership capabilities and contribute positively to society.
