This event is a great way to connect with the local heroes and small businesses within the community. Our event will pay respects to honor and remember our fallen service members. Rockin' the Block will be turning heads and become a staple in Fairfield County to kick off the summer festival season.

11:00 pm, Sunday 8: 00 am - 9:00 pm, and Monday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm)

Who Attends: Anyone can attend the event and there is no residency requirements.
How it works: Outdoor walk-thru event! Admission is free. (VIP concert tickets-TBD)
Expected Attendance: 3,000+
Why people attend the event: This event has everything from top tier entertainment, kids zone, huge food area, beer garden, local small business vendors, animal viewing area, military/first responder demonstrations, raffle and 50/50, Murph Challenge, and more! There is something for everyone at this spectacular community event!

My name is Samantha Lewis, and I am writing on behalf of Thin Line Fitness of Ohio, LLC based in Millersport, Ohio. Our small business is hosting the 2nd Annual Rockin' the Block: Supporting First Responders, Veterans, and Small Businesses Event. We are excited to announce our partnership with the Millersport Lions Club and we have moved the event to the historic grounds of the Sweet Corn Festival. The event will now be held over Memorial Day weekend beginning Saturday, May 25th 2024 and concluding Monday, May 27th 2024. We are planning to honor our First Responders and Veterans with three days of activities and entertainment options. Benefits from this event will be donated to two incredible nonprofit organizations: Mission22 and First Responders Children Foundation. Both organizations support Veterans and First Responders across the United States.
At Thin Line Fitness of Ohio, LLC, we are currently seeking sponsors and donations to make this event truly spectacular and raise the most funds possible for both organizations.
In order to make a difference, we are relying on the support of generous individuals and businesses in our community. We are offering various options for you to consider in order to be a part of this special event. Please see the attached sponsorship packet, vendor registration form, and volunteer form to help make our community stronger and help honor our fallen. All donations will need to be made to the nonprofit 50l3 organization: Sweet Corn Festival and the memo would need to be listed as the "Rockin' the Block Event 2024".
