Hello! 

My name is Aidan Knott and I see myself as the swiss knife when it comes to supporting all attributes of the business. I built my skillsets with a core focus in recruiting from building an agency from the ground up. 

This taught me to look under the hood when it comes to getting the machine running from cost analysis, people operations, marketing, and most importanlty how I can engage with my communities in the most positive format possible. 

I run our Talent Acquisition for technology as my primary role, but I support all attributes of the business and am the true connector to the person you are looking to get in touch with.
