About the event

his is a Bollywood-themed Halloween party designed to bring together Atlanta’s community for a fun, upscale, and immersive night of music, food, drinks, entertainment, and celebration. The event combines the glamour and energy of Bollywood with the creativity and excitement of Halloween, featuring a live DJ, red carpet experience, themed décor, photo booth, professional photography and videography, food, drinks, interactive activities, and a costume contest.

Beyond the party experience, the event is also a celebration of Bollywood film, music, dance, fashion, and pop culture. The goal is to create a memorable social experience where guests can dress up, connect, dance, enjoy great food and entertainment, appreciate the influence and creativity of Bollywood, and celebrate Halloween with a unique cultural twist.

Sponsors have the opportunity to support a unique cultural and social experience while gaining direct visibility with a highly engaged Atlanta audience. I am passionate about creating memorable experiences that bring people together through culture, music, entertainment, and community. I enjoy developing creative event concepts that give people an opportunity to connect, celebrate, and experience something unique.

While this will be one of our larger event concepts, we have experience organizing and supporting smaller-scale events in the past, which has helped us build a strong understanding of event planning, coordination, guest experience, setup, execution, and overall event management.

With this Bollywood Halloween event, our goal is to take that experience to the next level by creating a well-organized, high-quality celebration of Bollywood film, music, fashion, culture, and entertainment. We are also excited to build meaningful relationships with local businesses and sponsors and grow this concept into a recurring event experience in Atlanta.
