Why Sponsor DTFEST 2026
Nepali culture doesn't get celebrated at this scale anywhere else in America — and the brands that show up here get remembered, not just seen. DTFEST puts your name in front of a community that is engaged, loyal, and growing, at the exact moment they're gathering to celebrate who they are.
The Pitch
Every year, 10,000+ people fill One Loudoun for DTFEST — but the real reach goes far beyond the gates. Your brand rides alongside 200,000+ digital impressions, a 20,000+ email/SMS list, and a total marketing footprint of 500,000+ across the Nepali diaspora and South Asian network. Add a live stream projected to reach 250,000–400,000 viewers across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X, and your logo isn't just at an event — it's on every screen, every feed, every frame.
Six reasons brands partner with DTFEST:
Category Exclusivity — A limited number of brands per sector means you stand out, never crowded out by a competitor
Cultural Authenticity — Show up where the Nepali diaspora actually gathers, not in a generic sponsorship lineup
20% Giving Built In — Every sponsorship dollar carries built-in impact, since 3E pledges 20% of festival earnings to youth education, community development, culture preservation, and diaspora support — you lead with purpose, not just placement
Live + Digital Reach — Hundreds of thousands of eyes across in-person, social, and live-stream channels, not a one-day footprint
Year-Round Activation — Visibility that extends across the full 2026 season, not just one Saturday in October
Trusted Operator — Two decades of sold-out shows from 3E Entertainment means your investment goes to a team with a proven record, not a first-time event
The bottom line for sponsors: this is a chance to become part of a cultural movement — not just log an ad buy. Sponsors get profiled in press coverage across diaspora media (Nepalese Diaspora Times, Nepali News USA, One Loudoun Press, DMV Lifestyle), amplified through joint announcements, social spotlights, and community newsletters, and walk away with a full post-season report proving reach, engagement, and impact — not just promises.

About 3E Entertainment
We don't just create entertainment. We build movements.
3E Entertainment is the premier cultural entertainment organization serving the Nepali diaspora in the United States — a mission-driven platform built to move hearts, unite communities, and shape the future through the power of entertainment.
Encourage. Engage. Empower. These aren't slogans — they're commitments. We encourage pride in Nepali identity and creativity. We engage communities across generations and cultures. We empower artists, youth, and communities to rise with confidence.
Two decades in the making. While 3E Entertainment was officially established in 2021, our roots run far deeper — our leadership has been shaping the Nepali entertainment landscape across the DMV region and nationwide since 2000. Long before Nepali entertainment became mainstream in the U.S., we were building trust, creating platforms, and standing alongside artists and communities. From Kutumba Live in Concert and Global Nepal Fest (2012–2017) to a sold-out 1974 AD show in Virginia that drew over 1,700 attendees, our track record speaks for itself.
A living bridge between generations. Youth engagement isn't an add-on — it's central to everything we do. Events like DTFEST, our signature cultural platform launched in 2022, were intentionally designed to make second-generation Nepalis active participants in culture, not passive spectators. We don't just entertain the next generation — we empower them to carry culture forward.
Purpose beyond the stage. True success means nothing if it doesn't uplift others. That's why 3E Entertainment proudly commits to donating 20% of all earnings to nonprofit organizations supporting Nepali communities in the U.S. — funding culture and heritage preservation, youth education, and community development. Every event we create is a celebration, and also a vehicle for giving, healing, and progress.
Where we're headed. Beyond DTFEST, we're expanding our mission through national artist tours (Ashmita Adhikari & Mahesh Kafle, Neetesh Jung Kunwar) and the upcoming revival of Global Nepal Fest — taking Nepal's culture, tourism, and identity to cities across America.
Through culture, we connect. Through community, we rise. Through purpose, we build legacy.
