F1 in schools,

Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

  • About the event

**F1 in Schools** is where students don’t just learn about engineering — they *become* a full Formula 1 team. Backed by **Formula 1**, this global competition challenges students to design, build, test, brand, and race a miniature F1-style car powered by compressed CO₂. And when we say race, we mean it — these cars launch down a 20-meter track and can hit speeds of up to 80 km/h in under a second.

But here’s the exciting part — it’s not just about speed. Each team runs like a real motorsport organization. There’s a Design Engineer creating the car using professional CAD software and testing aerodynamics. There’s a Manufacturing Engineer working with CNC machines to produce the car with precision. There’s a Marketing Manager building the team’s brand, social media presence, and sponsorship strategy. There’s a Team Manager coordinating everything like a real pit wall strategist.

Students analyze data, manage budgets, create portfolios, design pit displays, and present to judges just like professionals pitching to investors. It combines STEM, business, creativity, and leadership all in one high-energy competition.

For a sponsor, F1 in Schools is more than a school project — it’s an investment in future engineers, innovators, and entrepreneurs. Your brand appears on the car, team uniforms, pit display, and promotional materials, gaining visibility at regional, national, and even world finals levels. It’s a powerful way to support education while associating your company with innovation, speed, teamwork, and excellence.

In short, F1 in Schools turns classrooms into race garages, students into engineers, and ideas into high-speed reality. It’s competitive, it’s professional, and it’s an unforgettable experience that builds the next generation of leaders in technology and business.

    Why should you sponsor?

Got it — since you’re sending it on chat, it should be **clear, confident, and not too long**, but still powerful.

Here’s a clean sponsor message you can copy and send:

    Hello,

We are GridBox GP, a team competing in F1 in Schools, the world’s largest STEM competition officially supported by Formula 1

In this competition, we operate like a real Formula 1 team — designing and manufacturing a high-speed miniature race car powered by CO₂, while also managing branding, marketing, budgeting, and professional presentations. Our car races on a 20-meter track at incredible speeds, but behind that race is months of engineering, teamwork, and strategic planning.

My name is Aaren, and I am the Team Manager of GridBox GP. I oversee our operations, coordinate our departments, and manage sponsor relations to ensure professional representation at all competitions.

We are currently seeking sponsorship to help support our manufacturing, materials, and competition expenses. In return, your brand will receive visibility on our car, team uniforms, pit display, social media platforms, and official presentations.

By partnering with GridBox GP, you are not only supporting a competitive team — you are investing in future engineers, innovators, and leaders.

We would be honored to represent your brand.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

    — Aaren

    Team Manager, GridBox GP
