NextGen Career Fest is the UAE’s biggest youth talent festival powered by Pupilar, designed to accelerate the nation’s D33, T33, Emiratization and global talent competitiveness goals.

In 2026, the festival expands into a year-long roadshow, kicking off with a major pre-event during April and culminating in a landmark two-day festival in October.
