My name is Madeline McCray, and at 72 years old, I am the founder of the Give Care Back Initiative, a community wellness movement supporting caregivers and working women who are ready to rebuild their health, confidence, and sense of direction.
I bring over 40 years of experience in the entertainment industry as an actress, writer, producer, and director, along with my work as a Creative Mindset Coach and creator of the Personal Evolution Method—helping individuals create lasting transformation from the inside out.
I’ve partnered with my son, Terahshea McCray, a Medical Exercise Specialist and Holistic Lifestyle Coach with 30+ years of experience, and owner of Fit to Be Fab Studio for Women in Scotch Plains, New Jersey. His expertise in science-based fitness and nutrition, combined with my mindset and identity work, creates a powerful, results-driven approach to transformation.
Give Care Back is rooted in lived experience. As a former caregiver, I understand the demands and sacrifices involved—and the urgent need for structured support. This initiative is designed to provide that support through our 8-week Healthy Women Rock program, launching with our Mother’s Day pilot.
