About the event
Every day in Contra Costa County, neighbors go hungry amid extraordinary abundance. White Pony Express exists to change that — not through charity, but through love. We rescue fresh, high quality surplus food and deliver curated meals and groceries to over 135,000 food-insecure residents each year. We are powered by 2,000 volunteers who show up because they believe, as we do, that all of us taking care of all of us is not an ideal, it is something we can live right now. Join us for our fourth annual gala celebration and help us bring this vision closer to reality.

That's White Pony Express. And this fall, we're celebrating.
Join us for our fourth annual Love in Action Celebration – an evening where the work comes alive. You'll be in a room full of people who have given their time, their treasure, and their hearts to the belief that all of us can take care of all of us. That energy is real, and it is contagious. We'll mark another year of service and expansion as WPE delivers 20% more fresh, healthy food, and we’ll raise the resources to keep going and growing.
With you as a sponsor, you won't just have your name on a sign. You'll be part of the story. Your investment will directly support the partnerships, volunteers, and infrastructure that makes this model work – a model that has now provided over 30 million meals to our most vulnerable neighbors.
