LOOK Dine-In Cinemas, Brookhaven, Georgia, United States LOOK Dine-In Cinemas, Brookhaven, Georgia, United States

  • About the event

Perfect on Paper is an Atlanta-created independent screening event celebrating bold, modern storytelling, friendship, love, ambition, and the complicated beauty of figuring life out in your 20s and 30s. Created and led by Ashley Woodson, the project centers women navigating relationships, career dreams, identity, motherhood, and the messy in-between moments that make real life so compelling.

Set against the energy and beauty of Atlanta, Perfect on Paper brings the feel of a modern-day Girlfriends meets Sex and the City, with a fresh, diverse perspective and a story rooted in heart, humor, and community. This screening is more than a film event, it is a celebration of independent artists, Black women creating space for their own stories, and Atlanta’s growing creative scene.

The project features a talented cast and creative team, including DP Josh Noel of SonduckFilm, whose filmmaking platform reaches over 1.1 million subscribers, and Jerrell Melton, known from Season 28 of The Voice, in the role of Elias. Through sponsorship, brands have the opportunity to align with an intimate, culture-forward screening experience that uplifts emerging talent, independent film, and community-centered storytelling.

Sponsors will be part of a meaningful evening filled with red carpet moments, cast and creator recognition, audience connection, and a shared celebration of what happens when independent artists bring their vision to life.

    Why should you sponsor?

Supporting Perfect on Paper means supporting more than a screening, it means investing in vision, representation, and the future of independent story telling. This project was created from the desire to see more layered, authentic, and beautifully human stories brought to life by artists who are building their own table.

As an Atlanta-made, women-led project, Perfect on Paper celebrates friendship, love, ambition, identity, motherhood, and the messy magic of becoming who you are. Sponsor support helps elevate a story rooted in culture, creativity, and community while giving brands the opportunity to stand alongside emerging talent and a growing audience of supporters.

This is a chance for sponsors to be part of something intimate, meaningful, and memorable. A celebration of Black women creating, diverse artists collaborating, and independent film thriving in Atlanta.
