Rarely Project CIC Sponsorship Opportunity
Rarely Project CIC is hosting an inspiring evening of conversation centred on rare diagnoses, self-esteem and the power of lived experience.
The event will feature a panel of influential advocates, campaigners and storytellers who are recognised for raising awareness, creating change and supporting communities affected by rare conditions. Each speaker will share their personal journey alongside practical insights into resilience, confidence and advocacy.
We are expecting an audience of up to 30-50 attendees, including people living with rare conditions, healthcare professionals, charity representatives, community leaders and supporters. Our founder has a following of 20.6K as a well known female health founder and speaker.
As a Community Interest Company, we are seeking sponsorship to help cover the costs of delivering the event, including venue hire, accessibility, speaker expenses and event materials.
In return, sponsors will receive brand recognition throughout the event and promotional activity, with opportunities including:
Logo placement on event marketing materials and social media.
Acknowledgement during the event by the host.
Brand visibility on presentation screens and printed materials.
The opportunity to include promotional materials or gifts for attendees, where appropriate.
Recognition in post-event communications and photography.
By supporting this event, your organisation will be helping to amplify underrepresented voices, champion inclusion and contribute to meaningful conversations around health, identity and wellbeing.
We would be delighted to discuss a sponsorship package that aligns with your organisation's social impact and community engagement goals.

About Me
I'm Ellamae Fullalove, an advocate, artist and community builder passionate about creating spaces where rarely spoken experiences can be seen, heard and understood. You can find my creative work at @ellamaefullalove.
I previously founded VaVA Womb and currently run Mind Over MRKH (a global story telling and events network for MRKH syndrome) am now Director of Rarely Project CIC, a community interest company dedicated to amplifying voices and stories that are too often overlooked. Alongside leading advocacy initiatives, I have organised community events, creative workshops and panel discussions that bring people together through honest conversation and shared experience.
This event marks the beginning of a new series exploring the stories behind diagnoses and experiences that are rarely spoken about. From MRKH syndrome and body differences to invisible conditions and self-esteem, each panel will create space for meaningful conversations that inspire understanding, connection and hope.
Our inaugural event will feature a carefully curated panel of advocates and influential voices, alongside a renowned therapist specialising in women's health and wellbeing. The venue is currently being confirmed.
As we launch this new series, we are looking to partner with organisations in the wellbeing, health and wellness space who share our commitment to improving lives through community, conversation and awareness.
