About the event

Sustainability Calling 2026 Conference is the Centre for Sustainability’s flagship one-day conference for leaders, managers, directors, board members, advisers, and change-makers shaping sustainability in and across organisations.

This conference brings together delegates from business, sustainability, academia and wider industry.

Following the launch of Sustainability Calling in 2025, the conference returns in 2026 to continue building a community focused on collaboration, learning and meaningful action through authenticity.

Authentically Leading Sustainability

This year’s theme, ‘Authentically Leading Sustainability’, moves beyond aspiration and focuses on what effective sustainability leadership looks like in practice.

The conference will explore how organisations can:

• make better leadership decisions;
• embed sustainability into wider organisational strategy;
• engage people at every level of an organisation, regardless of job title, seniority or specific role, in shaping and delivering sustainability.
• create meaningful engagement and organisational change;
• strengthen cross-sector collaboration; and
• turn sustainability commitments into measurable and scalable action.

At its heart, Sustainability Calling creates space for authentic, open and honest conversations about the challenges organisations face and what it genuinely takes to make sustainability work.
