Pins & Needles Comedy Launches in Brooklyn: Tattooed Comics Strip Down for Stand-Up

 

Brooklyn, NY – October 4, 2025 – Brooklyn’s comedy and tattoo scenes collide in an unforgettable new series: Pins & Needles Comedy, a stand-up show where tattooed comedians not only share their best punchlines but also limit clothing to showcase their body art. Each show begins with a bigger reveal, setting the tone for a night that’s as bold visually as it is hilarious on stage. The launch takes place at Hellphone (247 Varet St, Brooklyn, NY) at 7 PM, hosted by comedians Taylor Drew and Jay Murphy.

 

With its gritty, high-energy aesthetic and highly photogenic vibe, Pins & Needles Comedy is set to become a monthly staple in Brooklyn’s nightlife and creative culture.

 

“Comedy and tattoos both represent rebellion, self-expression, and storytelling,” said the founders of Pins & Needles Comedy. “This show celebrates both art forms in one room — it’s Brooklyn at its best.”
