About our event
Since 2018 Open Arms Food Pantry and Resource Center has supported families and residents of Los Angeles by proivding basic needs and decreasing food insecurity with our food pantry services. We have distributed over #320,000 diapers and over 250,000lbs of produce and groceries to our hungry neighbors in need. This time around we are fundraising to help feed our senior citizens and chronically homeless neighbors with turkey dinners and providing over #500 families with free Thanksgiving dinner and frozen turkeys, all free of charge. We are seeking sponsors that want to help us with our mission of helping thy neighbor and decreasing food insecurity in Los Angeles which has drastically increased county wide due to federal funding cuts, food programs dwindling and overall resources including funding becoming scarce. We need your help in raising over $15,000 to help purchase turkeys, groceries for thanksgiving, tote bags, gas cards and DoorDash deliveries to our elder neighbors this year. Our charity provides unwavering services to all of LA City and County that are experiencing hardship and we do not turn away no one that is food insecure. We have provided over 250,000lbs of food to support our food insecure neighbors, over 320,000 diapers have been distributed and we support our local US Military Family Service Centers.

This sponsorship will feature all in-kind donors on the banner, and the product will be displayed with signage in front of the breezeway, where attendees can learn more about the product and obtain the product. We will be serving families and the aged residents. Product for hygiene, detergent and food is encouraged.

TurkeyTastic Giving Supporter Package includes opportunity to engage with event participants, which includes families, the aged, and chronically homeless on the day of the event, with table and chairs provided for ultimate engagement, logo placement on grocery tote bags, event volunteering, hyperlink and logo placement on website, e-blast to over 10k subscribers within LA County. The package also supports turkey distribution up to 1,000 families this year at the event.
