The Her BOLD Self is an event series designed to unite those with a shared goal of uplifting all women. We believe doing this will not only foster important conversations with our male allies, but will eventually bring more representation to our newsfeeds, our stages, our podcasts and across the entrepreneurial landscape.

In a world constantly trying to divide us, we need unity more than ever before. We create spaces that allow us to connect over what makes us human, and where everyone leaves as a BOLDer, better human.

We believe that when we rise together, we rise higher.

I'm Amy, an ex-tech recruiter turned entrepreneur. As an undiagnosed ADHD child and teenager, I fell through every system. School, Uni and ‘traditional’ career paths. I loved entrepreneurship but never saw people like me in this space. It wasn’t until learning about entrepreneurs like Richard Branson being Dyslexic (and having a very unconventional career path) that it tapped into something inside me, making me realise what’s possible. Representation is everything, and I’m here to create more of it.

My company BOLD was born to empower different voices on LinkedIn and in the wider entrepreneurial world. Having a strong personal brand is the new economic currency, but many are missing out because they’re terrified of being visible, especially when they don’t feel represented. As a LinkedIn Top Voice, a Founder, a Speaker and Event Host - I am living proof of how valuable this platform can be (it has changed my life). I want to share this with others, especially those who don’t feel truly represented.
