Hidden Frequencies is a showcase for emerging voices in Hip Hop on Halloweekend (Nov. 1) in NYC.
Hosted by Notes From Underground and The Sounds of Brazil, the event collides multiple communities, from underground hip hop enjoyers to Columbia students as well as creatives shaping their industries in New York and beyond.
It'll be a cross-discipline audience — music, fashion, academia, art. Going down at S.O.B.'s, the legendary venue where Wu-Tang, Kanye, and Doechii all played before they blew up. Capacity 600 and we're going to sell out. We'll be filming it and putting the content out across our channels after.
S.O.B.'s has spent 40 years being the room where the next generation of hip hop artists prove they've arrived - Wu-Tang, Kanye, Doechii all stood on that stage before the rest of the industry caught up. Hidden Frequencies puts your brand in that same room, with that same crowd, at that same moment.
Real Audience - A room of die-hard hip hop fans and NYC college students (Columbia + NYU) who will remember this legendary event.
Strong Context - An intimate, well-produced concert at a legendary live music venue, bringing the biggest rising hip-hop stars to perform.
Lasting Impact - The concert is filmed and distributed, through our channels, extending your voice beyond the event.
