Sponsorship Opportunities

BE IN THE ROOM WITH HIGH-IMPACT, PURPOSE-DRIVEN LEADERS REDEFINING WHAT BUSINESS SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE!

Sponsoring the Summit for People-Centric Leadership puts your brand directly in front of 200–300 purpose-driven and people-centric CEOs, CHROs, founders, and senior leaders — a room of genuine decision-makers, not a general audience — as well as in front of an exceptional lineup of 12 confirmed marquee speakers, including the CEO of a 148-year-old mutual insurance company, the founder of a $30-billion-plus wealth management firm, and the CEO of a company that has generated over $14 billion for clients while creating real second-chance careers for incarcerated women. And beyond the room itself, sponsors gain visibility with each speaker's own extended network and followers, as our speakers actively promote the Summit to their own audiences.

Beyond visibility, sponsors align with a message that resonates deeply in this moment: that taking care of people IS taking care of business, and that human dignity, employee ownership, and purpose-driven leadership are genuine competitive advantages — not costs. As disconnection, burnout, and eroding trust dominate the conversation in business today, this Summit offers sponsors a credible, values-aligned platform to be part of the solution, not just another logo in the room.

With sponsorship tiers offering everything from a 20-minute stage message to a marquee keynote address, sponsors get direct, meaningful access to a curated audience — and association with a caliber of speakers and their networks — actively seeking and modeling better ways to lead. This makes the Summit a rare opportunity to build brand trust and visibility with exactly the leaders who make people-centric purchasing, partnership, and culture decisions.

I'm Chris Benguhe, Founder & President of the Dave Alexander Center for Social Capital and Publisher of the Social Capital Insider. I'm a former People magazine writer and tabloid editor who left journalism after covering the Columbine tragedy — an experience that changed the course of my career and led me to write three books about overcoming tragedy. That personal history is a big part of why I care so deeply about how business treats people, not just its bottom line.

Since founding the Center, I've built a real network chronicling CEOs and business leaders who put people at the center of their success — their employees, customers, and communities — because I believe, as Adam Smith himself argued, that human connection and genuine care for others are inseparable from real, lasting prosperity.

I'm joined by an experienced, credible team: RaeAnne Marsh, our Managing Director and Managing Editor (25 years in publishing, 2024 Small Business Journalist of the Year from the U.S. Small Business Administration); Elaine Pofeldt, our Director of Programs and Executive Editor (a journalist for Fortune, Forbes, and CNBC, and author of two books on entrepreneurship); and Dave Alexander, our Founding Sponsor — founder of Caljet, the largest independent motor fuels terminal in the Southwest, and a nationally recognized Eagle Scout and philanthropist.

Together, we've assembled 12 confirmed, high-caliber speakers for this inaugural Summit, and we've built real momentum and credibility in a short time. We built this event, and this Center, because we believe people-centric leadership isn't just the right thing to do — it's the smartest business strategy there is, and we'd be honored to have you stand with us in proving it.
