About the event

The Global Public Health and Epidemiology Congress (G-PHEC 2026) will convene from August 17–19, 2026, in London, United Kingdom, and online, as a hybrid event centered on community health and primary care.

G-PHEC 2026 will highlight the role of community engagement, primary health services, and participatory approaches in improving health outcomes and reducing disparities. Core themes in public health congress include community-based surveillance, primary care strengthening, health education strategies, gender and health, Indigenous and rural health, humanitarian settings, and partnerships with civil society.

The public health conference will offer case studies, oral and poster sessions, policy dialogues, and skill-building workshops that illustrate how epidemiological evidence can be translated into practical interventions at community level. Delegates will explore strategies to co-design programmes with communities, incorporate local knowledge, and ensure culturally appropriate, inclusive service delivery.

This epidemiology conference welcomes public health practitioners, community health workers, NGOs, researchers, and decision-makers working on grassroots initiatives. The hybrid design ensures that voices from diverse communities and settings are heard, even when travel is not possible.
