Pilates Retreat,

What do we want? We would like food donation and/or sponsorship for healthy plant based / vegan lunch to serve our clients. We are holding a Pilates Retreat on Saturday 28 July 2018 to give our clients an insight into Pilates. As a This Girl Can Ambassador, I often encourage women of all ages to start and/or continue their fitness journey with Pilates. The retreat will give our clients an opportunity to meet fellow Pilates enthusiasts and get fit. We are looking for sponsorship/donations specifically from healthy food and drink companies. We often get asked by clients for nutrition advice on healthy lunches and snacks. The retreat will allow a great opportunity to introduce healthy snacks and refreshments to our clients so that they can try before they buy. Also we would like to give some samples of products for our clients to take home and try with their families in our goodie bags. What will we do for you? We will advertise your company to our clients via our social media advertising and local advertising around Essex. We are due to advertise in the local school brochure that will be sent out to 1000 parents. We will promote your products at the event and provide any leaflets/discounts to our clients within their goodie bags. We will seek client feedback on the food/drinks served throughout the event and report back to you. We are happy to agree to any further terms that you may require, subject to the terms.
